The safety of our congregation and community is incredibly important. For this reason, Mt. Sinai has developed and implemented detailed protocols to allow a safe return to in-person worship services as a phased approach. Here is what you can expect when you visit us.

Masks and Social Distancing
  1. Masks are optional. We will have masks available at the front doors for those who would like to wear one.
  2. Social distancing applies to everyone except those within a family unit.

When Entering the Building
  1. Temperature checks are required for all attendees.
  2. If any member of your party has a temperature of 100° or higher, the entire party will not be allowed to enter.
  3. Greeters will direct your party to the seating area.

In the Facility
  1. Hand sanitizing stations are available throughout the building, especially near entrances.
  2. We have enhanced cleaning and disinfecting protocols in place.

After You Leave
  1. Please do not congregate in the area outside the sanctuary or under the portico at the entrance.
  2. If you test positive for COVID-19, please immediately notify the church office ​here or by calling us at (478) 304-1292.
  3. We will notify members in attendance and — to the best of our ability — help to notify those that were sitting around you or whom you might have come into close contact with while preserving your confidentiality.
  4. We may close for a period of time if a positive case is reported. Adjustments to our schedule will be communicated via our website and social media.
​ Please arrive early as seating is first come first served. Once the sanctuary and overflow seating have reached capacity, you will be directed to join us via our live stream below or on Facebook.
